Hours: 37 per week, Monday–Friday

Office based ONLY Role
Basic DBS needed for this role

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality admin support to safeguarding teams and family time centres.
Minute multi-agency meetings, manage calls, reception duties and shared inboxes.
Book rooms and venues for contact sessions and meetings.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and care.
Support with financial admin, data entry, and accurate record-keeping.

What We’re Looking For

Strong admin experience with excellent IT and communication skills.
Confident minute-taker and team player, able to meet tight deadlines.
Skilled in handling confidential and emotive information.
4 GCSEs (grades C/5+), including English and Maths, or equivalent experience.
Multiple Wakefield sites (Stanley Street, Snapethorpe, Airedale, Normanton).
