Location: Inverness
Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Hours: 45 hours per week

Join a leading bodyshop as a Bodyshop Manager, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting, and managing a skilled team.
• Manage the complete customer service journey, from booking to vehicle return
• Ensure high-quality, on-time repairs through proactive team management
• Drive site profitability and operational efficiency
• Maintain full compliance with health and safety standards and company processes
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver financial results in line with agreed budgets
• Manage resources and site costs to maximise profitability
• Maintain strong relationships with work providers and suppliers
• Oversee compliance with PAS125, Health & Safety, and manufacturer standards
• Lead structured individual performance management processes
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience delivering proactive performance management
• Knowledge of staff recruitment and HR policies
• Experience using Audatex
• Ideally familiar with current management systems and interpreting printed estimating packages (desirable but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Calm, confident leadership style
