Fixed term contract opportunity! May to September 2025.
St Austell Brewery is looking to recruit a packaging operator to work at our Head Office site in St Austell. The role is initially for a fixed term of 6 months with a possibility of longer term for the right candidate.
You will be required to work in an alternating 3 shift pattern (6am-2.30pm; 2pm-10:30pm; 10pm-6:30am Sunday-Friday).

The successful candidate will be working in our Bottling, Canning and Kegging operations, where we produce our award-winning beers, including Korev, Tribute and Proper Job. The candidate will also be working closely with our other production functions, such as our Brewing, Maintenance, Quality and Distribution teams.
This exciting role offers the variation of working on multiple automated packaging lines in a clean environment, with scope to learn new skills and become an integral part of the journey of St. Austell Brewery.
About You
  • You must have a positive, proactive approach
  • Be a confident communicator and a practical problem solver
  • Able to understand and follow a process
  • Experience working within a HACCP system/food production and packaging environment is an advantage
  • Fork lift truck experience of qualifications are desirable but not essential (in-house training can be provided)
