An established Food business in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to join their Team.
As the Factory Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 70 people across various Production Departments. Your core responsibilities will include:
Overall accountability for the manufacturing strategy, and KPIs.
Ensuring the Health and Safety of your team
Managing Food Safety and Hygiene standards
Having in-depth knowledge of all equipment and machinery
Providing training and development for your team
We are looking for an experienced and influential leader who possesses a strategic mindset and understands the balance between people and processes. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
A pleasant, respectful, and disciplined personality
A commitment to maintaining high standards
100% reliability
Strong man-management skills
A motivation to grow and advance within the company
