Summary
Specific Responsibilities Managerial Responsibilities Supervisory responsibility for the Performance and BI Administrator; supported by the Business Intelligence Manager Day to day task management and professional support to deliver routine reports and information Agreement of annual leave and management of Trust policies, including appraisals and sick leave policies to be carried out with the support of the Business Intelligence Manager Ensure the smooth running of the performance meetings and co-ordinate a number of complex activities, formulation and adjustment of related plans Provide a comprehensive, efficient administration support by managing diaries, arranging complex meetings, producing correspondence, reports and other documents as required, including work of a commercially confidential/sensitive nature Implement policies/procedure/frameworks to bring about service change and performance improvement Provide administrative support for the directorate performance meetings including producing agendas, taking and producing minutes Manage the electronic diaries of the Senior BI members and the Performance & BI shared inbox and calendar Lead on small administrative projects and to co-ordinate small performance related projects Collate data required for the Trust Board Performance Board report in collaboration with the Business Intelligence Team Review and interpret complex financial, workforce and activity weekly and monthly performance data and highlight any anomalies to the DD of Performance & BI. This includes analysing trends, identifying inaccuracies or variances then communicating with the BI/Finance/Workforce colleagues to rectify issues Update actions tracker, circulating the tracker following meetings to prompt action, reviewing and updating the tracker before meetings and flag potential difficulties or blockages in the system Please see attached job description for further information.
