We are excited to provide the opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate as Faculty Coordinator. This 12 months fixed term position will involve supporting the Faculty with apprenticeships and CPD compliance and processes that ensure our students have the best possible experience throughout their learning journey.

The post holder will be an integral member of the Faculty liaising on behalf of the Executive Team within Faculty, across the University and with external stakeholders, to assist in the implementation of the University’s Strategy and to effectively support external business with key strategic partners and professional bodies as appropriate for the business of the Faculty. The post holder will be working with multiple programme teams and across multiple subject areas, in main working with the Faculty Managers.

About you

We are looking for someone who can provide:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication skills to contribute to the delivery of high- quality Faculty events
Excellent team working with a range of colleagues; able to show initiative in finding solutions to problems
Able to respond and resolve enquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others to provide an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers
Significant experience of delivering a range of high quality administrative and/or customer services in support of systems or processes
Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
A flexible approach to the working environment and working hours
Demonstrable proactive approach to supporting a range of staff members

Qualifications

Essential;

5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English Language at Grade C or above or equivalent
A levels or equivalent

Desirable;

Hold a relevant professional level qualification in either: administration, finance, HR or marketing
