Recruitment Professionals is working on behalf of a respected law firm in Lee-on-the-Solent to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established legal practice with a strong reputation in the local property market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
• Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities and other relevant bodies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all transactions.
• Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients on property matters.
• Efficiently manage your caseload using legal case management systems.
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of both leasehold and freehold transactions.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using case management systems and digital legal tools.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing workloads.
