Summary
Kitchen Fitter required to start 6th May on a kitchen and bathrooms/maintenance scheme in Sheffield. The contract is 9 months.
The Client
Our client is an award winning main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
Job Role
This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:
- Installing council kitchens- an aluminium strip connects the worktops together and installation of kitchen cupboards is required.
- Tiling three courses from the kitchen worktop
- Plumbing in kitchen sinks, using copper piping and soldering joints
They require the Candidate to perform the below;
- Demonstrate recent relevant experience in Repairs and Maintenance
- Experience of working in domestic properties
- Be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer service skills.
- Determine the material required to carry out effective repairs
The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday.

Requirements
- CSCS card
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Fitter
- Social housing Experience

- Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
