Summary

Business Systems Manager

Are you looking to lead a team to strive and deliver Independence Matters Digital Roadmap?

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience

Contract: Fixed Term 2 year Contract, Full-Time, 37 Hours per week

Location: Hybrid working (Office base Horsham St Faith, minimum two days a week)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Systems Manager to join our Digital team working across Norfolk. Your role will involve direct line management of the Digital team and be responsible for their effective and professional transformation and delivery of IM’s digital roadmap.

As a Business Systems Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operational delivery and continuous improvement of IT and digital services at Independence Matters. The role is responsible for the management of the Digital team, supervising and supporting their day-to-day work and professional development. Reporting to the Digital Director, the role will work with them and stakeholders across the organisation to collaboratively design, plan and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate user experience.

• Good working knowledge or qualifications in AD, Azure, and 365 tool sets are preferable.
• Good understanding or qualification in network fundamentals.
• ITIL v3 or v4 Practitioner.
• An adaptable, creative and resilient approach with a positive attitude.
• You’ll be a great communicator, keeping us proactively informed about changes that are being made.
• You’ll be able to make and maintain excellent relationships.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Experience is utilising low code platforms and services
• An adaptable, creative and resilient approach with a positive attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Full driving licence (the role requires travel across the county of Norfolk so access to a car is essential)
