Hyde Housing is looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join our dedicated Property Maintenance team. You'll be responsible for delivering first-time-fix repairs across our residential properties, helping us maintain high standards and happy customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Carrying out quality carpentry work, with additional basic plumbing and tiling as needed
Working independently in domestic environments across CR and BR postcode areas
Attending Monday toolbox talks at our Rochester depot (7:00 am start)
Maintaining a high standard of customer service with every visit
What you’ll need:
Strong carpentry skills with basic plumbing and tiling ability
Experience operating a first-time fix service
Experience working in residential/domestic settings
Your own tools – we’ll provide the van, uniform, and fuel card

£36,000 annual salary
39-hour work week
26 days holiday + bank holidays
Company van + fuel card

Staff referral bonus (£500 for each successful referral)
