Customer Service Support Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Assistant to work for our well-established client in Yate. The role involves effective administrative support and customer service duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing of customer orders
• Dealing with customer queries and day to day requests
• Chasing relevant teams for updates regarding customer orders etc
• Responding to customer e-mails and ensuring acknowledgement/resolution and working to deadlines
• Being present at customer meetings where required
• Liaising with Account Managers and support teams
Experience Required:
• Experience of working in Customer Service and in an office.
• Flexibility towards change.
• Planning and Organisational skills.
• Time Management and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem solving
