Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Mayor through providing direct personal support to directors in the senior leadership team.
- Managing the diary and inbox of allocated directors, providing confidential, proactive, and high quality support.
- Ensuring directors are well prepared for meetings with briefings from key colleagues.
- Confidently prioritising tasks and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Essential:
- Business administration qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and understanding.
- Excellent keyboard and IT skills, with advanced skills and working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Have a willingness to learn new applications and technology as appropriate.
- Experience providing administrative support within a busy organisation where accuracy and pace are vital.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, hybrid. This role is temporary whilst hiring takes place for permanent staff.
