Responsibilities
Manage and oversee capital projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication among team members.
Prepare project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing capital projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
