Responsibilities
Manage and process leasehold accounts and charges accurately and timely.
Respond to inquiries from leaseholders regarding their accounts and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with policies.
Prepare and issue financial statements and reports for leasehold accounts as required.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective resolution of leaseholder-related issues.
Assist in monitoring payment schedules and follow up on outstanding leasehold charges.
Support the annual budgeting process by providing relevant financial data and insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a leasehold or property management setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with leaseholders and team members.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of leasehold regulations and compliance standards would be an advantage.

End Time: 17:00
