Hours: 20 hours per week (Hours of work are between 5.30am-8.30am)

Who are we looking for?
We are in search of a reliable Cleaner at our Totton College.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Clean designated areas using a variety of products and machinery (cloths, detergents, vacuum cleaner, etc) in order to
provide a clean and healthy environment.
· Ensure consumables (e.g. soap, toilet paper) are provided in the appropriate places and that further stock is ordered when
necessary.
· Collect rubbish from the bins and take to the appropriate refuse/recycling area.
· Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the designated area is available when needed.
· Maintain a general awareness of the facility, reporting any perceived defects, damage, risks or faults (e.g. faulty lights, heaters, windows, etc)
to the appropriate person.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
Basic level and knowledge of COSHH
Basic level and knowledge of Manual Handling
Basic level and knowledge of Garden and Building maintenance
Previous commercial cleaning experience beneficial but not essential.
Hours of work are 5.30am and 8.30am or we could consider a split shift to include 4.00pm-6.00pm
A DBS check will be required for this role.
