Do you have experience in production? We've got a number of key roles available in Redruth!
Our client urgently needs Assembly Line Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global company based in Redruth.
What will the role involve?
* You'll be a valuable member of the team, using your excellent attention to detail assembling small parts
* Able to work as part of a team
* Confident at being able to complete paperwork
* Full training and induction will be provided and you'll work with a supportive team.
What else do I need to know?
* You can start work immediately!
* No weekends (but overtime available) Monday - Friday on a rotating shift between 6am - 2pm / 2pm -10pm with the flexibility to do a straight day shift and night shift if required!
* Excellent rate of pay plus a shift allowance.
* Excellent overtime rates.
What are we looking for?
* You'll need to have excellent dexterity
* A good understanding of Maths and English
* When things get busy you'll be able to work under pressure and 'muck in' as part of a team to achieve targets
* With outstanding attention to detail, a common-sense approach and great interpersonal skills, you'll be motivated to do a fantastic job
* Previous factory experience is not essential although would be beneficial
What else do I need to know?
* You must be able to demonstrate dexterity from previous job roles and ideally have a background in manufacturing background
* The pay is £19.03 per hour inclusive of shift allowance
But you may need to work the day shift also which is £14.53 per hour working Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
* The role is temporary with an immediate start
