Nursery Room Leader – Level 3
Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience
We are seeking a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our client’s inclusive and diverse nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for young children to thrive.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- Proven experience in an early years setting, with a comprehensive understanding of EYFS.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- A nurturing and patient approach in working with young children.
- A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of nursery practice.

Responsibilities
- Support the Room Leader in implementing age-appropriate activities and curricula for children.
- Assist in supervising and mentoring nursery staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Develop positive relationships with children and their families, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
