Are you looking for flexible, hands-on work in a unique equine environment? Lingfield Park Resort is looking for a Casual Stable Assistant to support our team on an as-needed basis, particularly around race days and equine events.
Key Responsibilities
Muck out stables to high standards, in line with British Horseracing Authority (BHA) requirements.
Assist the Stable Manager with preparations for race days and other events.
Use a range of machinery
Handle and manage stable bedding.
Carry out ad hoc tasks supporting the Estates team.
Follow all Health & Safety protocols on site.
What We’re Looking For
Awareness and confidence working around horses (note: no direct horse handling required).
Experience using machinery such as tractors is beneficial.
Basic knowledge of BHA regulations is desirable – training will be provided.
Reliable, flexible, and a team player with a practical mindset.
