Title: LGV Cat C+E ADR (Class 1) Driver / LGV Hiab Driver The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Class 1 ADR/HIAB driver for one of our clients. We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Class 1 ADR/HIAB Driver to fulfil temporary requirements in delivering fuel tanks and power equipment.
This position requires a high level of responsibility, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay rate - £18-£19 per hour
Responsibilities: Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for the delivery of flammable liquids to locations such as festivals. Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and ADR requirements. Safely operate a HIAB (Hook attachment) Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle. Qualifications: Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving license. ADR (Accord Dangereux Routier) certification is essential (Class 3 Flammable Liquids Packages and Tanks). Valid CPC and Tacho cards. Previous experience as a Class 1 ADR driver Excellent driving record with no serious traffic violations. Strong commitment to safety and compliance. Hiab certificate is preferred, not essential Skills and Abilities: Flat trailer experience is preferred by not essential Must be happy to drive in London Must have flexibility to drive a range of different vehicles when required Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork. Flexibility in working hours as days could be long and nights out may be required Fork Lift License is a benefit, not essential
