We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic GMP Housekeeper to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cleaning.
What you'll do:
- To own and take responsibility for an allocated building and ensure that a 5-star customer service is experienced by all.
- To be the first point of contact for customers.
- To be visible to all customers and build relationships with at all levels.
- Provide support of all cleaning functions performed by Sodexo.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions.
- Participate in audits/performance checks and escalate any issues/complaints to the Supervisor or ACSM/CSM
What you'll bring:
- Knowledge and experience of working in a controlled environment (engineering, manufacturing or pharmaceutical)
- Experienced in delivering a cleaning service.
- Good communication skills
- Customer oriented, conducting job function with a primary focus on customer service.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Prior knowledge and understanding of COSHH.
- General health and safety awareness
- Understanding of waste segregation principles
- GMP Awareness
