Summary
We currently have exciting opportunities for Process Controller's to join our team in Thetford
- This post is working Days OR Nights
- The hours of work and shift patterns are:
- DAYS - 0500 - 1700 4on 4off
- NIGHTS - 1700 - 0500 4on 4off
- The rate of pay is: £14.40 + 10% Night Shift Allowance between 10pm - 6am
The factory is a modern environment with very good working conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all paperwork is correct and accurately completed
- Ensure quality of customer product is in line with customer requirement and resolve any issues
- Ensure the workplace is kept to a high standard of hygiene, health and safety and GMP
- Support the line managers to ensure smooth and safe delivery of the production plan
Other tasks may include using the SAP system; people management; recording of waste, downtime and performance information.
Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal Process Controller will have:
- Superb organisational skills with the ability to communicate clearly – both in writing and verbally
- A good attention to detail
- A good standard of spoken and written English.
- The ability to work on own initiative and without supervision
- Comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and busy role
