Crynodeb
The post holders will be working across 3 site, providing senior clinical support and leadership to junior team. The successful candidates will be job planned for the length of their tenure to deliver programmed activities of which 80% are direct clinical ( DCC) and 20% are supporting Programmed (SPA) such as, clinical governance, revalidation, teaching and appraisal. New consultants will have access to mentoring services if needed. There are admin teams, consisting of patient pathway coordinators and booking coordinators and operational management team, supporting clinical team. New appointees will have adequate administrative support and office base at all three sites. The Trust is paperless and uses Cerner EPR for recording and accessing clinical documentation.
