Crynodeb
Accurately transcribe clinical letters using BigHand, producing high quality work within defined deadlines. Use judgement and initiative to prioritise the importance/urgency of task within defined deadlines. Establish and maintain admin systems/databases. Deal with incoming mail, results/reports management. Monitoring of clinicians results spreadsheets ensuring results are dealt with in a timely manner ensuring no unnecessary delay to the patient pathway. Attending meetings where required and taking minutes. Key point of contact for the clinicians. Dealing with clinician queries and where appropriate managing diaries. Telephone calls inbound and outbound relating to patient specific care in a confidential manner. Typing of non-clinical letters as required. Rescheduling of appointments at Clinician request. Provide cover for PA colleagues during times of sickness and annual leave. Share responsibility with line manager for own personal development. Undertake any other duties which may be reasonably required.
