We are looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic individual to deliver a client Liaison service within Building Services. You should have previous experience dealing with the public and have effective communication skills.
It is essential that you have effective letter/report writing and record keeping skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and be able to deal effectively with clients in relation to their specific needs. You must be able to organise your own workload and be prepared to work to tight deadlines.
You may be required to attend meetings in the evening as and when required.
A knowledge of local authority functions along with knowledge of IT systems and a driving licence is deisirable.
