A National Award Winning Housing Developer are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a site in Dudley.
The ideal candidate will have PLC House Building experience and have worked on a timber frame site.
Job Duties:
• Oversee and manage all construction activities on the site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Supervise and lead on-site teams
Required Qualifications:
• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
• Valid Driving Licence
• First Aid certification
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in PLC House Building
• Proven track record of managing timber frame sites
• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:
• Fast-paced construction site environment
• Full-Time hours
