Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Interim Quality Assurance and Improvement Officer (Senior Practitioner) to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for enhancing our organizational processes, ensuring that we meet and exceed quality standards across our operations. As the Interim QA Officer, you will play a pivotal role in assessing current systems and practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective quality assurance frameworks. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including management, staff, and external partners, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Your expertise will not only help in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards but also in driving innovative solutions that can lead to enhanced service delivery and operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for leading audits and evaluations, developing improvement plans, and supporting teams in the adoption of best practices. Responsibilities
Lead and manage quality assurance and improvement initiatives across the organization
Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess compliance with policies and procedures
Develop and implement quality improvement plans based on audit findings
Collaborate with department heads to create and maintain quality standards
Facilitate training sessions to enhance staff understanding and commitment to quality assurance practices
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
Prepare comprehensive reports for management on quality assurance metrics and improvement progress
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Business Administration, Public Health)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role, preferably in a senior capacity
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and leadership
Hours Per Week: 36.50
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £24.52
