Full job description
Key responsibilities
• Act as vetting officer and recruitment consultant , ensuring all ID Pass applications comply with regulatory and security requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end process of ID Pass issues, renewal and cancellation in line with the CAA and DfT guidelines.
• Verify and validate 5-year bacground checks and other security vetting requirements
• Proactively monitor and report on pass misuse, loss or non-compliance and take corrective actions in line with internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all pass holders and ensure timely reporting of any discrepancies.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth pass management operations
• Provide training and guidance to internal management teams and external stakeholders on pass application procedures and requirements.
• Support internal & regulatory audits, check internal records periodically to ensure ongoing compliance and adherance to company ISO 9001 certification.
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in a regulated environment, preferably within an airport or similar high-security setting.
• Strong knowledge of UK right to work legislation, identity verification procedures and aviation security protocols.
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communicatin and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• IT Literate with experience of using ID Pass or security system
• Previous Vetting experience highly desirable
