We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Art Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive department. This is a fantastic opportunity to nurture creativity and imagination in students, and to play a key role in a school that values the arts as an essential part of a broad and balanced curriculum. Starting September 2025.
Duties as an Art Teacher:
Teach Art across Key Stages 3 and 4 and 5.
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and imaginative lessons that develop artistic skills and creative confidence.
Encourage experimentation across a range of media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art.
Support student progress through thoughtful assessment and feedback.
Contribute to school exhibitions, displays, and enrichment activities.
Ideal Art Teacher:
A qualified teacher (QTS required) with a strong subject knowledge in Art and Design.
A creative, passionate practitioner who inspires students through innovative teaching.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills as an Art Teacher.
A commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
A team player who will contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
