Job description
Responsibilities:
- Create custom signs using various materials and techniques
- Operate sign-making equipment such as vinyl cutters, plotters, and printers
- Prepare surfaces for sign installation, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Install signs and decals on various surfaces, such as walls, windows, and vehicles
- Maintain inventory of sign-making materials and supplies
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished signs for accuracy and durability
Qualifications:
- Experience in sign making is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
- Familiarity with various sign-making techniques, such as vinyl prep and digital printing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Note: This position may require heavy lifting, occasional working at height and occasional work outdoors. Full driving license required. Rate of pay will be discussed and agreed with candidate.
