Location: Edinburgh
Contract Type: Part time - Weekends only
Starting salary: Competetive, daily pay and weekly payroll.

Join Medacs Healthcare as a Registered Optometrist and use your clinical expertise in a vital role to support cataract outpatient clinics in Edinburgh.
You will be joining a friendly team of healthcare staff who are passionate about what they do and the services they provide to both patients and visitors.
The role:
You will play a crucial role as part of the outpatient clinic team to reduce the catarat waiting list by providing:
- Detailed examination of eye health
- Specialist care, advice and support to patients
- Referrals for specialist advise when necessary
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in cataract assessment and cataract post-operative review
- Hospital based experience is preferred
- Current and unrestricted GOC registration
- Current and valid PVG
- Full UK Right to Work - we are not able to support sponsorship to work in the UK at this time.
