Summary

Responsibilities:
First point of contact for motor insurance claims
Advise customers on claims procedures and next steps
Coordinate repair services and third-party communications
Ensure claims are processed accurately and swiftly
Requirements:
Background in motor claims, automotive, or insurance industry
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Salary: 23,000 to 31,150 (DOE)
