Summary
As an Automotive Claims First Notice Specialist, you’ll ensure that every customer reporting a loss receives immediate attention, professionalism, and clear next steps toward their claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer FNOL inquiries promptly and empathetically.
Document key incident details accurately.
Assign claims according to protocol and urgency.
Identify unusual patterns to assist with fraud prevention efforts.
Maintain high-quality service standards at all times.
Qualifications:
1–2 years experience in motor claims, FNOL intake, or insurance call center.
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
Tech-savvy, able to work with claims systems and reporting tools.
