Summary
We’re looking for a Third Party Claims Specialist to handle motor insurance claims with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy. You’ll be responsible for investigating and settling third-party claims while ensuring a fair and seamless experience for all parties involved.
What You'll Do:
Manage third-party motor insurance claims from notification to settlement
Investigate liability and negotiate fair outcomes
Coordinate with external providers, lawyers, and assessors
Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
What You Bring:
Prior claims handling experience, preferably in motor insurance
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
Salary: 23,000 to 31,150 (DOE)
