Ready to make an impact? We are seeking a Motor Insurance Claims Officer to manage and settle a variety of motor claims while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our policyholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Intake and assessment of motor insurance claims
Investigation and evidence gathering
Negotiating settlements with customers and third parties
Documenting claims actions and updates in the system
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in motor claims handling is a strong advantage
Excellent decision-making and case management skills
Organized, proactive, and client-oriented
Salary: 23,000 to 31,150 (DOE)
