Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary Teaching Assistants to become part of our school network in East Grinstead. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to both teachers and students, contributing to a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

- Participate in school events, activities, and meetings with parents as required.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
- A caring, patient, and supportive approach when working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus, though not essential.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
