The successful candidate will ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. In this role, you'll oversee pool activities, enforce safety rules, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety.
- Enforce rules and respond to emergencies when needed.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide poolside support.
- Keep the pool area clean and organized.
- Help set up and manage poolside events.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older.
- CPR and first aid certification required.
- Previous experience in customer service or pool operations preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
