About the role:
- Support children in their daily routines, including activities that promote learning, play, and social development
- Assist in planning and setting up activities to cater to children's interests and developmental needs
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families, promoting an inclusive and engaging atmosphere
- Work as part of a nurturing team to deliver high-quality early years education
What you'll need:
- Experience working with young children, ideally in an early years setting
- An understanding of child development and the importance of learning through play
- A positive, patient, and caring approach
- Ability to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
