Join Our Team as a Group & Peer Support Co-Ordinator!

Do you enjoy empowering people to overcome homelessness, building supportive communities, and leading meaningful group activities?

As a Group & Peer Support Co-ordinator, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Peer Support Mentors across Wakefield to support clients or individuals who are or are at risk of being homeless. You will also provide group activities and one-to-one support for adults at risk of homelessness. You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering positive group sessions, supporting life skills, and facilitating access to training, employment, and housing opportunities.


Who we’re looking for:

• A people-person with experience delivering group activities or training, especially for vulnerable individuals with complex needs

• A confident leader who can recruit, support, and supervise volunteers and peers effectively

• A strong communicator with organisational skills and emotional resilience

• Someone with a full UK driving licence, happy to travel across the Wakefield area
