Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our customer service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the overall office management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure efficient operations.
• Establish and monitor work schedules to meet organizational requirements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
• Ensure adherence to procedures for issuing and amending invoices and insurance policies.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate administrative activities to support business operations.
• Provide support to security managers and directors during field visits and business meetings.
• Cover security managers' duties as required to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and office management.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
