Talbot’s Post 16 department is called The Bridge as our aim is to bridge the gap between school and adult life. This may mean preparing our students to continue in further education, or laying the foundations for a successful transition into adult social care. Our varied and exciting curriculum allows students to build the transferable skills they need to be as independent as possible and have their voices heard throughout their adult lives.

If you believe you have the skills, energy and vision to support our students, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Come and see if we are the right place for the next step in your career!

We would encourage you to take a look at our website: www.talbotlearningcommunity.org.uk
