Summary
Are you a skilled and versatile multi-tradesperson with block laying experience looking for a rewarding opportunity in the beautiful Scottish Highlands?
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Trades Person to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a broad range of skills and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Trades Person at SJ Highland Construction Ltd, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Performing a variety of tasks across different trades, including block laying, carpentry, joinery, plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, and general building work.
• Working independently and as part of a team on various project sites throughout the Highlands.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to relevant building regulations and safety guidelines.
• Communicating effectively with site managers, colleagues, and occasionally clients.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in various trades especially block laying
• Relevant qualifications/certifications in various trades & plant tickets preferred
• Strong practical skills and knowledge across a range of trades (carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• A good understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction environment.
• Experience operating various hand and power tools.
• CSCS card (essential)
