Job Description:
We are looking to appoint an experienced Investor Engagement Development Executive. This role will involve foreign travel predominantly to the Middle East. The role is an important role looking after a portfolio of our clients in the residency and Citizenship space. This is a role which requires good attention to detail, a proactive approach and strong communication skills.
Main Purpose of Role
As an Investor Engagement you will join our already awesome sales team, connecting with Investor that have enquired about the various Residency and Citizenship Programs, like US, Europe, Caribbean, UK Immigration.
You will be focused on carrying out due diligence with the investor, explaining the process, and arranging one-one-one with the project sponsors.
Key Accountabilities will include;
- Calling our list of prospective leads
- Presenting and explaining the positive elements of the current sponsor partners project
-Demonstrate a clear understanding of the industry
-Driving growth through individual activity, ensuring that individual call times are consistently high
-Maintain a deep understanding of the value proposition obtaining a PR or Citizenship
-Track personal activity and revenue, maintaining use of the pipelines and processes
Skills and Experience Required
We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to be passionate about the industry and have track record in appointment setting and explanation of the various programs
You will also need;
Experience in the same or similar role, or the ability to have emotionally intelligent conversations with customers and prospects
The ability to meet Sales Targets and drive optimal activity levels
The ability to learn new products / markets
The ability to manage both warm leads, and target your own prospects
The ability to build and maintain a healthy Sales Pipeline, enabling sustained achievement of growth Sales goals
