Location: Kent / Sussex area
Are you an experienced Drainage Engineer looking for your next opportunity? We’re recruiting now for a permanent role with immediate start for the right candidate, covering the Sussex and Kent regions.
Join a well-established company specialising in drainage solutions across commercial and industrial sites, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance. If you’ve got experience in jetting, CCTV surveys, and Picote machines – we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external drainage investigations using High Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ) and Picote machines
- Carry out CCTV push rod surveys, identifying defects and assessing pipe condition and structural integrity
- Trace and investigate underground drainage systems on commercial and industrial sites
- Provide emergency reactive call-out cover when required
- Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair solutions above and below ground
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous drainage experience including jetting and CCTV survey work
- Experience using Picote equipment (descaling and cleaning)
- Strong understanding of drainage systems and fault diagnosis
- Ideally hold HPWJ certification, Confined Space, and Chapter 8 (training can be provided)
- OS19X qualification and experience coding is desirable however training can be provided.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and overtime
Working Hours:
- Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am - 5 pm
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Circa £39,000 pa, depending on experience and qualifications.
