This newly created post will be based at Barra Hall in Hayes, our new SEND centre which is scheduled to open September 2025. We are seeking to appoint a Senior Learning Support Assistant who will assist in the supervision and allocation of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), ensuring students have identified support. You would produce and update timetables for LSAs, co-ordinate the redirection of learning support staff and will assist in the induction of new LSAs. You will also provide one-to-one/small group support within class on a cross-College basis for students with specific learning difficulties and disabilities.
You will need to possess experience gained in a Learning Support Assistant role. You will also possess strong administrative and organisational skills, be able to liaise effectively with staff across the College and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
