RISK & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Leader to oversee our Risk & Compliance business . This business is primarily based out of our London Cheapside office and currently has a headcount of 7. We have consultants with various levels of experience within the business creating a great balance of real industry expertise and talented up and coming consultants.

Currently this business produces c.90k per period with a 70/30 perm heavy fee mix. There is plenty of scope for further development of both perm and temp fee lines. We have no doubt that this business could be grown substantially over the years to come. Both in revenue and headcount.

What should I expect day to day?

As a leader, you will manage a team of 7 Consultants, ranging in experience, as well as managing your own 360 desk.

Your job will include:

  • Running a 360 desk.
  • Developing and mentoring the team through regular monthly sales plans, 121's and creating a vision for the business.
  • Creating the client strategy and driving client engagement across a range of clients (Enterprise and SME market)
  • Driving the success of your team and encouraging delivery of KPIs and recruitment activity
  • Working with the wider Financial Services management team on initiatives and projects

What you'll need to succeed?

As a fee-billing leader, you will have an excellent track record for driving fee and business growth, as well as hiring, coaching, and training consultants from the Associate level and up. Prior experience of the Financial Services market, or associated business units would be advantageous, but not required. You will have a strong track record at building relationships with new clients and be well versed in all forms of candidate attraction techniques.
