We’re looking for a Shop Manager in our brand new charity shop in Plymouth!
We are a small retail chain with mighty ambitions and we’re looking for a Store Manager to be part of our success.
Our shops exist to raise funds for the work of Brandon Trust, create paid and unpaid employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism, and promote sustainable living and pre-loved fashion.
This is a full time position, for 37.5 hours over 5 days, including Saturdays and Sundays.
You Will:
Have a commercial mind and have charity retail knowledge.
Be passionate about your local community and people with learning disabilities and autism.
Be a hard-working, enthusiastic, creative, and a solution-seeking team leader with an eye for fashion, and an entrepreneurial streak.
