We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance electrician to join an established team supporting PPM and reactive maintenance in the Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician who is passionate about domestic and commercial electrical maintenance, periodic inspection and testing, rewiring, fuse board upgrades, and smoke alarm installations.

Package Include:

  • Salary from £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • PPM, routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in domestic and commercial properties.
  • Conduct periodic inspection and testing of domestic dwellings.
  • Carry out rewiring, upgrading, and replacing faulty wiring.
  • Install smoke alarms and upgrade fuse boards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication.


Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • 17th/18th Edition Qualification
  • City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing
  • CSR card
  • Domestic or commercial electrical experience
  • Valid UK Driver's License
