Love climbing? Love chatting with people? Love being outdoors? We’ve got just the job for you.
We’re looking for a confident, friendly and responsible person to take our mobile climbing wall out on the road and represent Indirock at community events across Essex this summer!
You’ll be the face of Indirock at these events – encouraging people of all ages to give climbing a go on the mobile wall for free, and showing off everything that makes Indirock awesome. From summer festivals to school events, you’ll help us bring the joy of bouldering to new audiences, one jug at a time.
What You'll Be Doing
Towing the mobile wall trailer to and from events (using your own vehicle - fuel will be reimbursed)
- Setting up and safely operating the wall at various public events
- Encouraging people to give climbing a try – especially first-timers
- Talking to event attendees about Indirock and what we offer
- Keeping the climbing experience safe, fun and inclusive for everyone
- Representing our brand and values in a friendly, engaging way
✅ What We’re Looking For
- A confident and friendly communicator – great with people of all ages
- Someone with a full UK driving licence and confident towing a trailer
- A safe pair of hands – responsible, reliable, and calm under pressure
- A climber (or climbing enthusiast!) who loves to share their passion
- Available on select weekends and bank holidays from May–September
- Comfortable working outdoors and on their feet for long periods
- You’ll ideally have a valid first aid certificate, or we can organise for you to get one
(Don’t worry – full training on the wall and setup will be provided!)
