We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to help build secure, high-performance digital broking platforms for the real estate and property management sector, and the global specialty insurance market.

This is a hands-on technical role for a self-starter who is passionate about clean code, secure systems, and digital innovation. You will lead development across the full stack, integrating payment systems, managing subscription workflows, and designing customer-facing order processing experiences.

We're looking for someone with a strong engineering mindset and a proven ability to think creatively—especially those who have driven innovative projects outside of their formal job role. Familiarity with innovation management frameworks and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is a strong plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain secure, scalable, high-performing full stack web platforms

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and dynamic front-end components

Design digital order processing flows for retail-style experiences

Integrate payment solutions (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) and manage subscription billing logic

Implement secure authentication (JWT, OAuth)

Work in Agile teams to deliver features in iterative sprints

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated test coverage

Apply cybersecurity best practices throughout the development lifecycle

Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural discussions

Document work using GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
10 years of experience in full-stack software development

Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills (React.js, Angular, Node.js, Express.js)

Proficient in frontend and backend development, API design, and REST principles

Demonstrated experience with order processing in digital or retail systems

Experience integrating payment systems (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) and subscription tools

Proven experience in innovation management or strategy is highly desirable

Exposure to AI/NLP applications and frameworks is a plus

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Experience working in secure, high-transaction environments

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision

Evidence of creative problem-solving or innovation beyond day-to-day responsibilities
