Position: SALES CONSULTANT - International Division

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join the – International sales division based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Responsible for engaging directly with customers who express interest in our products or services, guiding them through the purchasing process, addressing enquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Leverage sales expertise to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall growth
Respond to inbound enquiries (via phone, email, or chat) from potential customers, providing personalised support and product recommendations
Attend monthly sales meetings to report personal sales
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
Ensure paperwork and instructions are clearly defined for others to easily follow
Identify customer needs, match them with suitable products or services
Follow up all quotations to effectively close sales
Build rapport and trust with customers to ensure a positive buying experience
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Navigate CRM systems and sales tools to track customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer preferences, pain points, and potential improvements.
Carry out technical CPD by attending seminars and training sessions to actively increase profile and core skills

Experience & Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and organisational skills – Essential
Previous Sales & Customer Service experience (3 years minimum) – Essential
Proficient in IT systems, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to the company’s CRM system – Essential
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking skills
Detail-oriented and methodical with excellent time management abilities
Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data effectively
Previous Domestic, European and International knowledge of the Removals industry – Preferred
Multilingual – Desirable
Previous international operations experience – Desirable
Previous logistics, property or estate agency experience – Desirable

Remuneration & Benefits Package:

Anticipated start date: May 2025
Competitive Salary £30000 - £40,000 (per annum) DOE
Quarterly paid commission
Potters Bar office base alongside agile working
